Welcome to the beautiful western Blekinge and Rosenfors, this small house is both
charming and rural. Rosenfors is a very good place for your vacation, if you dont need any activity you could just enjoy nature and calmness close to the river “Holjeån”. For activities you could do many nice things when you opens  the frontdoor and in local area you have many more nice activities to do.

House:

House´s living space is 45 m2 divided into a kitchen , bedroom , bathroom and a sleepingloft . In addition, a separate outbuilding (13 m2) with a TV-room. Master bedroom has high ceilings (3,80 m) , exposed beams, and whitewashed pine flooring . The sleeping loft on the second floor is suitable for slightly older children or adults then a steep staircase leads there . The great kitchen has a rustic touch and there are window that looks out onto Holjeån that winds well below the house. In the kitchen, you can drink your morning coffee while a deer run past. Outside the house is a cozy, winterized shed where they calmly sit to himself for a while if you want to see something good TV show or read a good book in privacy .

Site:

The house are located on a site at entire 33,000 m2 and has a diverse, almost like a park with trees that plunges down to Holjeån. A footpath leads from house down to a footbridge where it is nice to sit a morning of listen to the streaming water. From the house you have views towards the river and some direct neighbors near the house doesnt exist. When it is so very green area shows that often a lot of wild animals like foxes, deer , wild boar, badgers and many bird species. Sometimes you can even see the moose go past the house. On the site you have access to a grill thin where you can sit on a warm evening and cook a good meal.

Activitites:

For those who like fishing is Rosenfors a good place with renowned international
fisheries. Harasjömåla fishing is 8 km away and Morrum 19 km away. Do you want to try fishing in sea, you have 18 km to the Baltic Sea. For the easy fisherman there Holjeån just below the house where you can fish undisturbed from their own shore at 380 m Your own boat (boat 3.15m/11 f) is down by the river if you want to take a ride with this . At Halen 4 km away are several good angling and also boat and canoe rentals. If you choose to visit the house Rosenfors in the spring, you will get to enjoy lovely colors of thousands of flowers. A
stone´s throw from the house starts nature reserve Halen with footpath “Blekingeleden” and “Banvallsleden” for bicycling . A few kilometers through the forest begins large lake systems with several lakes(biggest Halen, Raslången, Immeln) which made for paddling canoe and the area close to Olofström has more than 200 lakes.
