House:

Master bedroom has high ceilings (3,80 m) , visible beams and whitewashed pine flooring .  One doublebed 160×200, one big wardrobe and one bureau for storage and one big mirror and one smaller mirror.

Loft:

The sleeping loft on the second floor is suitable for older children or adults then a steep staircase leads up. Contains 3 beds 80×200 in good quality, best comfort is when 1-2 persons use it. Open down to master beedroom.

Kitchen:

China for 8 person, also glasses for snaps, champagne, wine and more. Big stove with owen and refrigator and freezer in good size. Capsule machine foor coffee. A lot of equipment for eating and cooking,  you could even make a simple cakes here. Nice lighting with adjustable crystalline lamp and small stereo with radio and CD.

Bathroom/toilet:

With shower (big heater=100 liters), ventilated seperationtoilett called “Seperatt” and sink. Built new in 2013 and very fresh. A new washer AND dryer, you could also dry outside.

Entrance:

Small place for jackets and shoes, first aid, fire extinguisher. Free slippers.

TV-room:

Seperate outside TV-room with sofa and two chairs and table. Sittingplace for 5 persons and free Swedish TV and Astra SAT for Germany channels. The bedsofa could be used as extra bed 140×190 and one simple temporary bed. This beds could be used for guests or when you need another beds. The TV-room could be used in winter also when it’s heated.

Internet:

Mobile wifi by router, free in highseason but with operator cost in lowseason. A free tablet for using for internet.

Outside BBQ:

Three outside sittingplaces with wood furnitures and possibility to grill and BBQ. Two places close to house, one more simple close to the river.
